Sony Xperia Z4 News and Release Date: Sony's New Smartphone Flagship might be Unveiled by March 2015!
Barely less than two months from the release of Sony Xperia Z3, it would seem that Sony is ready to launch the newest Smartphone in the market.
The Sony Xperia Z4, according to The Times of India, is said to sport a 5.5-inch screen with a QHD 2560 x 1440 resolution and a powerful Qualcomm 2.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 810 CPU, designed on a 64-bit chipset architecture, will have 4GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage.
In terms of camera, it will have the same resolution with Xperia Z3 that is 20.7MP. It will boasts of an upgraded sensor IMX220 to a curved Exmor RS CMOS.
Connectivity wise, the Z4 will be the first Sony smartphone to have LTE Cat.6 and Bluetooth 4.1.
After the launch of Xperia Z4, Sony has been quoted that they will stop releasing flagship devices every six months. In a recent report, , "A major reason could be the fact that flagship devices have reached a sort of saturation point and there aren't any huge advancements that can be made in a six-month period."
Sony is speculated to announce the device on the Mobile World Congress 2015 from March 2-5. Sony Xperia Z2 was launched on this particular event so there is no doubt that the company might launch the new Sony Xperia Z4 on this same event too.
