Teen Titans TV show joins the Superhero TV hype! No Teen Titans Cast Revealed Yet
Perhaps one of the biggest TV trend lately has been all about superheroes - well not yet really but it's going there. We have Arrow, which was then followed by a spin-off based on the DC Comics character The Flash (let's not forget Supergirl soon too.), then that's when a bigger chance of expanding the DC universe becomes a good idea where the Teen Titans will be part of this hype, as the 'Titans'.
It was earlier announced that a television adaptation of the Teen Titans would be on air soon via TNT, according to producer Akiva Goldsman. The show is said to focus on Dick Grayson giving up being Robin to become the vigilante NightWing where along his journey he would then meet and recruit younger superheroes (Hello Starfire and Raven!) in helping him fight crime as they become the 'Titans'. Another reason why the Teen Titans TV show is made possible would be because it's one of the most popular comic books for quite a long time. While there isn't any full length information for the Teen Titans TV show cast, it's probably obvious it would be led by Nightwing. But we're left wondering on, who would be joining him? Definite possibilities are Starfire and Raven, but come on, Beast Boy? Cyborg? Aqualad? Speedy? Bumblebee? There's definitely a long list to consider including the original and current ones. Also, even though Teen Titans TV show is produced by TNT, it was reported that CW president, Mark Pedowitz says that the show might still take place in the same universe as Arrow and The Flash saying, "I cannot tell you yet. There are discussions going on". Teen Titans TV show on TNT would soon air and would probably give out different plots for every episode to keep the audience in suspense.
