'Chicago Fire Season 3' Episode 5 Spoilers: Casey Deals With Her Sister's Divorce, Brett Faces Hard Decision
NBC's action television drama series is set for another intense episode, as its main character deals with not just a literal fire but with a fierce family problem that gets intense, as ever. Here are the reasons why you should not miss "Chicago Fire Season 3" episode 5 that will air tomorrow night at 10pm on the NBC Network.
"Chicago Fire Season 3" episode 5 titled "The Nuclear Option" will show how Lieutenant Matthew Casey faces an emotional turmoil, as an intense family problem that concerns her sister occurs. Jesse Spence's firefighter character will have to "deal with the emotional fallout from the impending divorce of his sister Christie", played by the episode's guest star Nicole Forester.
The series produced by Dick Wolf and directed by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas, released synopsis also states that as Casey deals with his sister's problematic divorce, "Dawson and Mills settle into their roles at Station 51." As reported by Cartermatt, the characters played by Monica Raymund and Charlie Barnett are the newest addition to the roster of firefighters and paramedics stationed at Station 51.
According to NBC's released teaser, Casey will have another problem, as his fiancée's life, Dawson, will be at risk during a fire incident, International Business Times reported. The video showed Dawson and Casey try to put off the fire in a six-storey building when Dawson suddenly had a technical trouble.
"I got a problem. This cable-it's not working," Dawson said to Casey. Realizing that his wife-to-be is in a clear danger, Casey offered encouraging words and said, "Come on, Gabby. You can do this." The cable trouble will be fixed but the lives of the two lovers are not safe yet. A burst caused by fire will swing them around and can put their lives at risk.
Meanwhile, "Chicago Fire Season 3" episode 5 will also be a crucial point for Sylvia Brett of Ambulance 61. The paramedic, played by Kara Kilmer, will have to decide whether she will leave Chicago and replace Leslie Shay, or she will go back to her old life. Last episode, Brett was surprised when her fiancé Harrison went to her and apologized.
Harrison and Brett was about to wed when Harrison run off the wedding. This caused Brett to go to Chicago to start a new life without her fiancé. But in the last episode, Harrison went back and asked her to return to their former life.
Also, Molly is in a critical situation as she thinks for ways to start her desired new food truck business. It can be recalled that Rick Newhouse, another firefighter played by Edwin Hodge, purchased the food truck last season. It is brought in "exchange for a partnership in the venture with the Molly's II group."
"Chicago Fire Season 3" Episode 5 will air on Oct. 21, Tuesday at 10 p.m. on the NBC network.
