Display Brilliance

LG G3 definitely offers the biggest display at 5.5 inches with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. Samsung Galaxy S5 has a similar screen resolution along with 5.1 inches Super AMOLED screen as compared to 4.7 inches of Apple iPhone 6 at 750 x 1334 pixels. However, Apple's Retina display proves to be a big advantage with clearer screen. The devices are actually more or less same if you are not looking at AMOLED from Samsung.

Camera Power

Samsung offers the most powerful 16 MP rear camera with 2.1 front one as compared to the 13 MP and 2.1 MP from LG G3. Apple's 8 MP camera might not seem much here but iSight can actually take better pictures than other devices along with continuous autofocus, back illuminated sensor, digital image stabilization and more. However, it's mere 1.2 MP front camera is a disappointment for selfie fans according to BGR.

Processor Speed   

Both G3 and S5 are working on Qualcomm Snapdragon Quad Core Processors and around 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory, expandable of course. On the other hand, Apple's A8 processor is Dual Core 64-bit with unknown RAM.  The internal storage space is available up to 128 GB without any expansion choice

Investment Choice

Although these phones might seem identical in technology, Apple iPhone 6 is definitely a winner in terms of design and iOS 8.1 with Apple Pay, which is supposed to be the future of payment. However, when it comes to price and features ratio, Samsung Galaxy S5 is better choice. It has even scored more ratings on Phone Arena.
