"NBA 2K15" for PC: Already Out for PC What Awaits for NBA Fans
The much anticipated "NBA 2K15" was just released for the PC last Oct. 7.
The video game title from 2K promises next-Gen graphics and experience. Offline reviews about the game are mostly positive.
According to IGN, the game runs smooth at 60 frames per second, giving it the live-action feel. The animations are dynamic to add to the authenticity of basketball games. Other real life mannerisms of NBA players can also be seen in the game. Tim Duncan's hugging of the ball before starting a basketball game can be seen, and Dwayne Wade's pull ups are also included. Even Kobe's reactions to foul calls is kind of realistic. The details are very meticulous and it blends very well for the next-gen feel.
The television broadcast style of presentation from "NBA 2K14" is still featured on the 2K15, even the slow motion replays are still used.
Before starting a basketball game, a small segment with the famous Shaquille O'Neal and Ernie Johnson is also featured in 2K15, the two gives commentaries about the upcoming basketball game.
A new feature, the NBA 2KTV, is a live action show that can be watched in game. The in game show features interviews with NBA players and behind the scenes features. Virtual Currency can be also given away at the show.
The MyCareer mode was given a big update as well. The NBA 2K15's single player story now makes your customized player start from the ground up. The player will have to earn and play wins in order to be slated into the big leagues. The player attributes are now categorized for easier and faster leveling up.
However, Ibtimes says, the online mode recently got complaints by players that can't go online. But, 2K announced in their Twitter account that the online mode has been stabilized. Still, other players still reported that they cannot play online.
