Acer is now back with their ever first Touchscreen Chromebook, and as usual, the device is very budget-friendly. Its touch capabilities are very user-friendly too. Like any other touchscreens out there, users can now swipe, tap, and pinch the multi-touch display of Acer's new Chromebook.
Acer's Touchscreen Chromebook comes with the new Intel Celeron processor. It's fast, responsive, and effective. It enhances the multi-tasking feature too. The Chromebook also comes with a 32GB SSD, and has multiple ports including USB 3.0, USB 2.0, HDMI and an SD Card Slot. The device also supports 100GB of Google Drive storage, which is free for two years from the day of purchase. So, those of you who are already familiar with Google Drive can take advantage of its features, including working on team assignments and projects with multiple users logged in to Google Drive.
Team tasks are made even easier with the new Acer Chromebook, as the device allows users to open and edit Microsoft Office documents while using the Chrome OS, and you can also view certain sites offline. You can even make use of thousands of apps from The Chrome Web Store for your productivity and such.
The new Chromebook comes with an 11.6-inch screen, with1366 x 768 pixels resolution. The new Chromebook also comes with an HD LED back-lit screen. The images are surely clear and crisp.
The device only weighs 2.98 pounds, while measuring only 0.78-inches in width. The Chromebook lasts up to 7.5 hours on a regular use per charge.
The slim and light Chromebook includes 12 sessions of Gogo In-flight Internet access for avid travelers. It also comes with multiple security features to protect your device from those intrusive threats, malwares and viruses.
For all that, the Acer's Touchscreen Chromebook only costs you $299.99.
