In other news, the tech company had earlier acquired Beats, but shortly after Audio firm Bose sued Beats for patent violation which was an issue for Apple. The acquisition of Beats had dragged Apple into a bid tussle, this could be the reason Bose filed a law suit. The suit which entailed an exclusive deal that Bose had signed with the NFL has led Apple to pull out all its Bose products from their market store, they decided to kick out the Bose products as they have had enough.
