'Stalker' Season 1, Episode 5: Who Knows What Could Happen In 'The Haunting'?
"Stalker" Season 1, Episode 5 will pick up where the last episode, entitled "Phobia," left off, whereby a stalker playfully messed with his victims through their fears.
The last episode started with a woman and her date. They were standing in front of the female's house, when the guy suddenly kissed her; however, she didn't feel any romantic sparks on a deeper level. When the woman verbalized her absence of feeling to her date with an apology, the man, who was determined to pursue her, instructed her to proceed inside to see what happens next.
After they entered the house, the woman went straight to the shower. She was surprised to find out later that her room lamp was broken and, despite many attempts, would not work anymore. When she went to examine the object more closely to properly check it out, she was again surprised, as she realized that the bulb had been taken out—she also becomes aware that someone removed all of the other lights inside her home. She hurriedly grabbed hold of her flashlight, but then someone said "lights out." The statement is followed by the entrance of an unknown male, who proceeds to straddle her. Luckily, she was able to run away from him quickly and jumped out the window.
Beth was then asked to report to the station, where Jack was waiting for her. Kristin, the victim of the incident, was there also. She reported that she felt that she was stalked, but she did not mention it to anyone prior to the earlier incident in which she was confronted by her stalker. Kristin relayed the whole story, and Beth then asked her if she knew who the guy was. All she could say was that she got home with her date, and added that her date was set up by a friend, as she first saw the guy on Facebook.
Both Beth and Jack figure out that Kristin isn't telling the whole truth. So, after further interrogation, they found out that she's actually registered with an online dating system that is more of a "hook-up" site. Armed with the new information, Beth and Jack then ask Kristin to log in to her profile, thereby allowing them to identify three possible suspects.
Do you think the incident will be solved completely in Episode 5? Will the suspect be caught, or will there be more victims in addition to Kristin?
