Christian Hip Hop Duo Social Club Misfits Releases "The Misfit Generation EP"
Social Club Misfits is a Christian hip hop duo, made up of Marty & Fern, is preparing to release their new EP The Misfit Generation on May 6.
Social Club Misfits is the result of two distinctive personalities meshing together to create an invigorating sound. The self-monikered "Misfits" are disruptors in every sense: challenging norms and bringing other misfits along for the ride.
This five-track EP is jam-packed with riveting beats, compelling lyrics, and loads of energy that will inspire you to "be the change you want to see happen." The South Florida guys are creating a "misfit generation" that will challenge the status quo; they will change the face of Christianity. The message will still be the Gospel and love of Jesus Christ, but the look is different.
This is their debut project with Capitol CMG, but the group has previously released multiple albums including the Billboard-charting full lengths Misfits 2 and US. From headlining sold-out tours across the country to spawning imitators the world over, it's clear the duo has struck a chord with listeners from all walks of life. They have bypassed perceived gatekeepers in favor of carving their own lane and fueling their purpose. While some are content with moving wherever the current leads, Social Club Misfits has embraced their calling as leaders of a more intentional school of thought. The misfits are now.
