Saosin Reunion Tour 2014 with Original Singer Anthony Green Happening This Summer, See Dates Here
Rock band Saosin have announced to their fans that they will be doing a short run of reunion shows this Summer. Not only that, but they will be playing the shows with original singer Anthony Green, who left the band to form Circa Survive. In a post on his Instagram, Anthony Green has confirmed three reunion shows with Saosin plus a Skate And Surf Festival (see dates below).
These will be Saosion's first shows since the 2010 departure of vocalist Cove Reber. It will also be the band's first show with original vocalist Anthony Green in nearly a decade. Saosin's last release with Green was 2003's Translating The Name EP. The band released their last album-2009's In Search Of Solid Ground-with Reber, before kicking him out and parting ways with Virgin/Capitol Records in 2010.
The announced dates include a Skate & Surf Festival in May and then a run of shows in California first weekend in June. So unfortunately, fans across the country might not get a chance to see the reunion, but maybe more shows around the U.S. will be added.
Saosin formed in 2003 and have released two studio albums Saosin (2006) and In Search of Solid Ground (2009). They also released three EP's Translating the Name (2003),Saosin (2005) and The Grey (2008).
