The Duggar Family News: Newlyweds Joseph, Kendra Duggar Open Up About Marriage and Family
Joseph Duggar is the latest member of the Duggar family to tie the knot. After exchanging wedding vows with Kendra Caldwell, he and his wife have been spending their honeymoon in Greece. While in a Grecian vacation, the newlyweds opened up about how it feels like to get married and what they are looking forward to the most in this new stage of their lives.
On September 8, the 23-year-old Duggar walked down the aisle to tie the knot with his 18-year-old fiancé. While they were engaged for four months, they admitted to People that “time seemed to move so slowly.”
Now, the happy Duggar couple is sharing their marital bliss to their fans and followers, as they open up about what it feels to finally get married to “your best friend.”
"It's really an amazing feeling to know it's official, and we're really married," Joseph shared. "We're just enjoying every bit of it."
"One of the most enjoyable things about being married to Joseph is just being together so much. I can hug him, kiss him, talk with and be with him all the time. Being with your best friend makes marriage amazing,” Kendra explained to People.
After tying the knot last September, they paid a visit to Greece for their honeymoon and currently remain there as they enjoy their first month of being together as husband and wife.
"Here in Greece, we're looking forward to having dinner in the sky, walking through the market, making sandals, going parasailing and paddle boarding," Kendra said in a video blog for TLC.
"The one thing that we will probably never forget about this trip is being together in another country and just getting to experience all these new things," the couple added.
The wedding ceremony of Joseph and Kendra Duggar has been featured for the new season of the Duggar family spinoff, "Counting On," on TLC.
