The Gray Havens Announce 40 City Tour & New Music
Artist Garden Entertainment announces the launch of a 40 City tour and the release of new music from The Gray Havens.
On January 25, The Gray Havens release a re-imagined version of "Forever," a song from their recent She Waits album. Artist Garden's Keith Stancil shares "Mainstream remixer, Laudr8, reached out with interest in working with The Gray Havens after hearing the original version of the song. 'Forever' carries an incredible message about Heaven and we were thrilled to hear Laudr8's mainstream take which gives the song potential to reach an even broader audience. We are also excited to be dropping new music just as The Gray Havens head out on tour."
What began as an audacious dream in 2018, becomes reality on February 7 as The Gray Havens embark on the Storehouse Tour, the largest tour of their career. Ticket links for most of the dates are live at thegrayhavensmusic.com with additional dates posting soon totaling 40+ shows across 15 states in 3 Months.
"This tour is absolutely the most ambitious thing we've ever attempted." shares The Gray Haven's David Radford. "It's been a roller coaster ride getting everything in place, but we can't wait for take-off! If you've ever thought of seeing us on tour, this is the time to come out to a show!"
The Gray Havens are bringing a full band on the Storehouse Tour along with special guests Chris Renzema for the first half and Jess Ray for the back half of the tour. Beginning in Kennesaw, GA, the tour traverses through the Carolinas, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky and Virginia.
Non-profit Bible translator, Seed Company, is partnering with The Gray Havens as a sponsor for the Storehouse Tour. "We believe so much in the mission of Seed Company and hope to help them as they march towards reducing the number of languages that have never seen a verse of scripture (currently 2100) to zero in our lifetime." states Radford.
Known for their unique blend of narrative-pop, The Gray Havens continue to expand their reach into multiple genres with thought provoking lyrical poetry. The duo has performed alongside such artists as The Oh Hellos, Ben Rector, John Marc McMillan, Andrew Peterson, Drew Holcomb among others.
