Pre-Registration Starts June 1 for Promise Keepers’ 2020 National Event
Promise Keepers, the Christian men's ministry which filled stadiums across America and convened over a million men to the Mall in the District of Columbia in the 1990s, will begin taking pre-registrations June 1 for its new national event July 31 and Aug. 1, 2020 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the Dallas Cowboys. The event is projected to draw 80,000 men from across the country and around the world, with another 5 million participating via simulcast.
Ken Harrison, CEO and Chairman of Promise Keepers, stressed why the need for Promise Keepers is greater than ever:
For too long, society has pushed men to be passive and effeminized. We're told we're "toxic." Men are taught to sit by and do nothing while our families crumble around us. But the Bible calls us to "Act like men," and "be strong" (1 Corinthians 16:13).
Just imagine what would happen if the men of America stepped forward and truly lived out their responsibilities before God. Imagine the sea change we would witness across our nation.
That's why our next event will feature speakers who will preach from the Word of God with power and inspire men to take up their responsibilities as servant kings. Our worship will shake the stadium's foundations. And we're planning for our impact to continue long after the event as teams of men rise up to change their communities for Christ.
Judge Vance Day, COO and general counsel of Promise Keepers explained the benefits of pre-registration:
Pre-registration gives men the the ability to purchase their ticket July 31, 2019, a day before sales open to the public Aug. 1. Pre-registering is risk free since there is no obligation to purchase, and it allows men to become "PK Insiders."
PK Insiders enjoy priority access to ticket purchases and early-bird pricing, exclusive monthly web-based video conference calls with PK leadership and board members, insider-only experiences leading up to the event, and inspiration and resources from key conference speakers before the event to make the overall experience much more powerful.
Tickets are reasonably priced, with additional discounts given to churches, families, men's ministries and those who serve.
- General Admission $99
- Early Bird $89
- First Legacy $79: Must first purchase general admission registration, then purchase a registration for a family member at $79, followed by all other family members at $59. "Family member" means the birth father, adoptive father, foster father, father-in-law, grandfather, son, grandson, brother or brother-in-law.
