Kari Jobe, Cody Carnes and Jamie Kimmett Join Casting Crowns for "Only Jesus" Tour
GRAMMY® winning multi-platinum group Casting Crowns has announced plans to extend its widely popular Only Jesus Tour this fall, following a successful 37-city spring run which included multiple sell-outs in arenas across the country. The concert will be hosted by hip-hop act Zauntee. Presented by Compassion International, the fall leg kicks off Sept. 19, in El Paso, Texas, and will travel to major venues in Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Houston, Baltimore and more before wrapping up on Oct. 26, in Cincinnati.
Tickets for most shows will go on sale June 7, with an early, two-day pre-sale campaign running June 5-6. Several exclusive VIP Fan Experience packages are available featuring options such as front row or priority seating, a private pre-show performance/Q & A with Casting Crowns, exclusive merchandise and more. ABOUT JAMIE KIMMETT
Jamie Kimmett was born and raised on the west coast of Scotland in the working class town of Kilmarnock. As a teenager, Jamie was scouted by professional soccer team Celtic FC and was part of the Scottish national youth squad until age 16, when his father gave him a guitar and music became his passion. After graduating from music school, record labels in the US started to take notice of Jamie's unique, soulful voice and flew him to Los Angeles. While in LA, Jamie accepted an invitation from a music associate to attend church, something he had rarely done while growing up. In that church, Jamie's eyes were opened to the Gospel and he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ. Jamie now resides in Nashville, Tenn., and is signed to Provident Label Group (Sony Music) alongside such artists as Casting Crowns, Third Day, Matt Maher, Tenth Avenue North, Zach Williams and more. His debut single, "Prize Worth Fighting For" released earlier this year. For more information, visit JamieKimmett.com.
