"My Brothers’ Crossing" Releases to Theaters Nationwide Sept. 3

My Brothers' Crossing

My Brothers' Crossing, an inspirational film about racial reconciliation and unity in a small town community, is set for theatrical release Thursday, Sept. 3.

Set in the tumultuous racial climate of the south in 2015, My Brothers' Crossing, based on the book In the Blink of an Eye by JT and Terri Lee Clark, tells the story of a fatal motorcycle accident and the power of forgiveness to heal a broken family and redeem the man responsible for the tragedy. Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, has joined the true-life movie as an executive producer, alongside producer Tony D. White and writer Edna Janeen White.

"This story of forgiveness is timely in a way that cannot be mere coincidence," Rev. Rodriguez said. "Especially at a time when we are confronted with the unresolved problem of racism in America, our nation needs to remember that forgiveness can transcend our racial divisions and heal even our deepest wounds. I am honored to be part of such a powerful and compelling film, one that shares the hope of transformation for individuals and entire communities through the power of Jesus Christ."

My Brothers' Crossing chronicles the tragic death of Bobby and Pam Clark from the perspective of a brother in mourning. JT Clark, portrayed by Daniel Roebuck (Getting Grace), finds the strength to forgive and an entire community finds unity in the transformative power of Christ.
