The Belonging Co's New EP is Our "Weapon of Worship"
Nashville-based The Belonging Co, founded in 2014 by husband/wife pastors and native Australians Henry and Alex Seeley, has released a brand new EP. The 4-song collection features their brand new single "War Cry," which features vocals from Henry Seeley. "War Cry" is described as "our weapon of worship that we take into whatever battle we find ourselves in."
The EP contains songs recorded live. The team shares, "These songs, this collection of moments of encounter, have been a prophetic declaration for our church for the last two years that we now get to share with the world."
These 4 songs are taken from Belonging Co's forthcoming new album See The Light, which will be available May 21, 2021. Watch the live video of "War Cry" (feat. Henry Seeley) here.
"I don't think it's a coincidence that God has been stirring songs in His people about His unchanging nature," says Seeley. "It's easy to get caught up in the craziness of everything that is happening in the world right now and lose sight of the fact that our God is THE SAME-yesterday, today and forever! Situations change, but He NEVER changes! All of Heaven has been singing the same song, 'holy, holy, holy," because He's the same God! I pray this song would help us lift our eyes from the chaos around us and fix our hearts once again on the faithfulness of God."
Tracklist:
01. War Cry (Live)
02. Every Victory (Live)
03. Turn Your Eyes (Live)
04. The Truth (Live)
