Bloodlines Are Back with "Hevel"
Christian rock band Bloodlines are back with their brand new record tomorrow. Entitled Hevel, which means "vapor" or "smoke," the new EP features songs that remind us of how transcient life but also how eternal our God is. The EP is preceded by the singles "Lotus" and "Ruah."
"This FRIDAY!!" the band exclaims. "We are so stoked for the release of "HEVEL"!! We are beyond excited for you all to listen to the final songs! pre-orders are still ongoing! Snatch some."
As for the single "Lotus," the band reveals the story behind it. " In the future, the generations to come will remember those who put the Lord first. It is by the will of God that we've all been chosen, but when your grandchildren begin to reminisce of their time with you, what will they say? After you're dead and gone, and you've left nothing behind but your fruit. Will they see that you spent your days serving the Lord? Or will they find that you lived your life aiming towards selfish goals and ambitions? Most importantly, when they think of you, will they know with confidence that your relationship with God was so real and tangible that they cannot be convinced otherwise that God knew your name?"
Bloodlines is a Christian Hardcore/Metalcore band from South Texas that wishes to spread the love and hope of Jesus Christ. Founded in 2014, Bloodlines released a self titled EP produced by Robby Joyner at Black Book Sound Studios, and are now in the process of releasing their first ever full length record produced by Richard Wicander from Fire From The Gods.
Bloodlines have released three singles since their release of their self titled EP, and have found their way on some of Spotify's most followed metalcore playlists. Since the inception of the band Bloodlines have had the privilege of touring and sharing the stage with some of the most notable acts in the metal circuit such as: For Today, Wage War, Gideon, Spite, Silent Planet, War of Ages, Ghostkey, Capsize, and many more.
