Adrienne Acosta Offers Help to Those Who Are Struggling with "I Will Not Fear"
Nashville based contemporary Christian artist Adrienne Acosta returns with her brand new single "I Will Not Fear." The song is the follow-up to her 2000 single "Keep Holding On " featuring Citizen Way and 2019's "Running." "I Will Not Fear," her most personal song to date, is a powerful reminder that our God is sovereign in all the happenstances of life.
Acosta writes, "In this season of life, we find ourselves overwhelmed with the fear that our situation is bigger than what God can handle. And little do we know God already knows what we're coming to him with, even when we don't know how to come to him and when we have no idea where to even begin.
We get in arguments with God about proving who we are and what we have done, but he asks for no validation of ourselves. This song comes from such a deep place in my heart through this time of being home and actually having those conversations with God. I find myself not being ready to come to God with all that I am carrying, but all God wants is my heart and my presence.
I pray this can be an encouragement to all of you that struggles with these same doubts and fears with your walk with God. He is there with you, just go to him and he will give you peace over your anxious thoughts."
Acosta has a unique way of taking life experiences and making them into piano driven pop melodies that everyone can relate to. Church raised and choir trained, her voice is one that is unique and doesn't go unnoticed. Her music is influenced by the gentle approach of Natalie Grant & Kari Jobe, mixed with the fun and catchy pop melodies of Britt Nicole & Francesca Battistelli.
Acosta has had the opportunity to lead worship at churches across the globe including North Point Community Church & Free Chapel in Atlanta and also internationally in places like England, Nicaragua & Guatemala.
