Here Are the Lyrics and Audio of Cade Thompson's "Arms Of Jesus"
Cade Thompson releases his latest single, "Arms Of Jesus," today. Co-written by Thompson and A.J. Pruis (Matthew West) and Matt Armstrong (Chris Tomlin), the song speaks about our need to rely on Jesus, especially when times are tough.
Thompson shares, "It's more important than ever to run into the arms of Jesus. People, including myself, are facing times in their lives where they need healing or they're walking through pain or tragedy. I believe as humans we have the choice to run to the ways of this world or run and fall into the arms of Jesus and in His arms, we can find the healing, the hope, and the strength that we need."
Here are the lyrics:
[Verse 1]
The miracle you're waiting on
Feels a million miles away
You've always been so strong
Now you're tired and losing faith
[Pre-Chorus]
But you don't face this alone
Healing's waiting when you let go
[Chorus]
Fall into the arms of Jesus
Into the arms of grace
Hang onto His promises
When it's more than you can take
Fall into the arms of mercy
Into the arms of strength
He holds your broken heart
When your world is fallin' apart
[Post-Chorus]
So fall into the arms of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
Into the arms of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
[Verse 2]
Those burdens on your back
He can carry them for you
Those mountains in your path
Just ask and they will move
[Pre-Chorus]
In His name there's always hope
So child, don't be afraid to let go
[Chorus]
Fall into the arms of Jesus
Into the arms of grace
Hang onto His promises
When it's more than you can take
Fall into the arms of mercy
Into the arms of strength
He holds your broken heart
When your world is fallin' apart
[Post-Chorus]
So fall into the arms of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
Into the arms of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
Fall into the arms of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
Into the arms of Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
