American Idol top ten finalist Chris Sligh offers free worship album titled For our God and King.
Previously Sligh released two nationally distributed projects Running back to you and The anatomy of broken.
After his appearance on American Idol, Sligh decided to be a solo artist and signed with Brash Music. In 2008, his project Running back to you released and Slight began to tour intensively.
In 2010 Sligh signed with Word Records and released The anatomy of broken. As he finished the record, Chris and his wife found out they are expecting their first baby Keira. This changed everything and Sligh realized that he needs to spend more time with the family.
In 2011, Sligh and his wife took a worship leading position in Colorado. Now, Chris Sligh serves as the worship pastor at Rocky Mountain Christian Church, CO.
Sligh, “Now, I'm releasing this album "For Our God & King" for absolutely free. If you'd like to donate, you can - but there is no pressure - I just want this to be a resource. This music was written for the Church. I hope it can and will be used.”
