Minecraft Xbox One Edition: Release Date Of The Xbox One Edition of Minecraft To Be Delayed
This could be bad news for the lovers and fans of gaming and to be specific, Minecraft, as the release date has been pushed a month back.
It was earlier announced that Xbox one Edition would be released sometime in August but reports say that Minecraft for Xbox One, Play Station 4, and PS Vita might have been delayed. According to NowGamer, "there is now evidence to suggest that the release date for the PS4, Xbox One and PS Vita versions of Minecraft may have delayed into September." This means that the release date will have to be delayed by about a month. An ad from PS Vita says that if all goes well, the game will be out in September. It is unclear though whether this will apply for the PS4 and Xbox One editions. In accordance with Minecraft developers, the worlds of Minecraft in the Xbox 360 consoles can be saved and imported to the next-generation consoles versions.
It is reported that Xbox One edition will be released on Xbox Live Marketplace. This will include all the features from the Xbox 360 title update. It is anticipated that the Xbox One edition will cost $19.99. It is said that Xbox 360 edition saves should be able to import their worlds to Xbox one. It is sad and unfortunate that you will not be able to transfer saves from Xbox one to Xbox 360. It is easier to make worlds bigger without a lot of stress but it brings a lot of problems to shrink them. According to a recent Gamesport report, it is reported that Minecraft has sold over 16 million copies of PC and MAC versions. Combining all the platforms on which Minecraft is available now, there are more than 54 million Minecraft units sold.
Well, a lot has been said about the Xbox one edition and about its release date. We only have to wait and see how the release goes. You can count on us for any information that we get. Get ready for the sure-to-be-awesome 'Minecraft Xbox One Edition' coming your way.
