'Dragon Age Inquisition' Release Date 2014, Spoilers, New Trailer Teaser Released, WAtch Here (VIDEO)
Electronic Arts and Bioware have released a new trailer for the upcoming Dragon Age: Inquisition that shows an in-depth gameplay look at the multi-faceted combat system of the game. Dragon Age: Inquisition is set to release on the Xbox 360, the Xbox One, PS4 and PS3 and the PC. The launch date was recently pushed back from October to November 18th, 2014.
Bioware has now revealed that six of the eight characters will be able to romance within Dragon Age: Inquisition. So that leaves only two love interests remaining and has caused many gamers to speculate that the developer is holding off from announcing the final romance options to have a big surprise and not cause any early spoilers. The Dragon Age lead writer David Gaider however shot down these rumors on his personal blog on July 30 by sharing that there isn't a hidden reason the developer has yet to announce the remaining love interests other then they just haven't been posted yet. The developer is "very aware" of fans' interest in the subject and more details would be revealed in time.
If Gaider could have it his way, the possible romances in Dragon Age: Inquisition wouldn't even be announced prior to the release. He thinks it would be more interesting if the fans were allowed to stumble onto the relationships naturally as the story unfolded rather than prepare for a romance ahead of time. Even with his personal feelings, Gaider assured gamers that they will learn the identity of the other romances soon.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is the sequel to Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II, making it the third major game in the Dragon Age franchise.
