Award-winning duo for KING + COUNTRY, signed to Curb Records, is celebrating a major milestone as their 2020 holiday Amazon Music Original, "Do You Hear What I Hear," has officially earned RIAA Gold certification and returned to No. 1 on Billboard's Christian Streaming Songs chart.
The Gold plaque-marking more than 500,000 units sold in the U.S.-was presented by Amazon Music at the historic Opry House in Nashville on December 15, during the duo's current residency, which has made history as the longest-running artist residency ever held at the iconic venue.
A cinematic reimagining of the beloved Christmas classic, "Do You Hear What I Hear" continues to resonate nearly a decade after its release, becoming a seasonal staple across streaming platforms with enduring, multi-generational appeal. Further underscoring its impact, the song was recently ranked No. 25 on Billboard's "The 25 Most Popular Christmas Songs Released in the Last 25 Years," based on streams and sales.
The milestone arrives during a landmark season for the duo. FOR KING + COUNTRY: NO TURNING BACK, their new documentary, is now streaming on Wonder Project's subscription channel on Prime Video, while their feature film UNSUNG HERO continues to reach audiences worldwide. At radio, momentum remains strong as their latest single, "World on Fire," steadily climbs the charts.
This holiday season also saw the duo bring fans an immersive, front-row experience with A Drummer Boy Christmas: The Live Experience, performing in select U.S. cities.
