Christian hip-hop artist KB is recovering after being involved in a serious head-on collision on April 1, sharing a message of faith and resilience with fans in the aftermath.

The Dove Award-winning rapper, whose real name is Kevin Burgess, revealed the accident in a social media post alongside video footage showing significant damage to his vehicle. Reflecting on the experience, KB wrote, "Head-on collision yesterday. Maybe the devil was trying to take me out... I care a lot less about what he was trying to do-I'm focused on what I've been called to do."

KB said he was "a little beat up" due to airbag deployment and noted he would need time to process the trauma. Despite the severity of the crash, he expressed gratitude for his survival, saying, "He has saved me again."

In a follow-up video, the artist described the emotional weight of the moment, stating, "Realizing this was almost the end this morning." He also revealed that this marks the second car accident he has experienced in the past two months. According to KB, both incidents were "no fault" accidents, though each resulted in his vehicle being totaled.

"I'm going to head over to the hospital, but I'm fine, I feel okay," he told followers, adding that he experienced nausea and minor injuries, including burns on his hand from the airbag. Surrounded by his wife and friends at the scene, KB admitted feeling "overwhelmed" but remained grounded in his faith: "We will continue to trust Him. He is in control and I'm safe in that."

The incident comes just days before KB is scheduled to launch "The Signal Tour" alongside fellow Christian artists Terrian and Trip Lee. The tour is set to begin next week in Cincinnati.

"I'll see y'all next week on tour," KB assured fans. "I might be moving a little slower but my praise is way deeper."

KB, known for projects such as His Glory Alone II, has consistently used his platform to share messages of faith, perseverance, and purpose. This latest incident, while frightening, has only deepened his testimony of gratitude and trust in God.
