One Direction New Interview with Carson Daly on "Today Show" Speak about 'Edgy' New Album Coming, Watch Here (VIDEO)
Pop group, One Direction, stopped by the "Today Show" and spoke with host Carson Daly in New York City. You can check out the interview above.
The guys, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, and Zayn Malik share about their brand new fragrance and working on their third album.
"I think it's going to be a little bit more edgy. But obviously we feel like we've got some really good songs and we are happy." Niall said.
Liam chimed in, "We've all taken a hand in the writing this time. And we've literally written almost every song."
The world famous boy band will also be releasing a new concert film to theaters internationally titled Where We Are this Fall. The movie will only show in theaters for one weekend of October 11th & 12th, 2014. They have released a first look trailer for the upcoming movie, which you can watch above.
"In 2014, the world's biggest band set out on their biggest tour ever," text presented over concert footage reads. "This October, they're coming to you Get closer than ever before, be part of the phenomenon."
The footage will show Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson footage from their 69 date global tour of the same name. The live footage was recorded mostly at their sold-out show at Milan's San Siro stadium and will include them performing their biggest hits including "Best Song Ever" and "What Makes You Beautiful". Exclusive backstage footage and a 15-minute unseen interview will also be shown in the film.

The Where We Are concert movie is scheduled to release in stores on DVD on 1 December, just in time for the big holiday push.
Their latest album Midnight Memories released on November 25, 2013 and went straight to No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 (along with several other countries). They became the first group in history to debut at No. 1 with their first three albums.
One Direction was also named "Global Recording Artist of the Year" of 2013 edging out Justin Timberlake and Eminem for the high honor.
