Joe Jonas is offering a rare and heartfelt glimpse into life after divorce, sharing how his children have helped him find renewed purpose while navigating co-parenting with ex-wife Sophie Turner.
Speaking on his podcast, Hey Jonas, the Jonas Brothers star reflected on the joys and challenges of raising his two daughters following the couple's highly publicized split.
"I'm a single dad, and I co-parent with my children's mother," Jonas said. "I think my children have given me, like, purpose again in my life. They've really given me the reason to be alive."
The singer went on to describe the profound impact his daughters have had during difficult seasons, explaining that their love often helps put life's struggles into perspective.
"I think, in my saddest moments, I'm able to be reminded quickly that a hug from them can solve the world's problems, in my own world," he shared. "And I know I'm not hyper unique. There's a lot of people in my situation that are single parents and go through this, and I'm grateful that I have a co-parent that I can balance even the bad days."
