Joseph Habedank Announces Full Worship Album Packed With Church Favorites

Joseph Habedank is stepping into a brand-new chapter-and fans may not have seen this one coming.

The two-time GRAMMY nominee and four-time DOVE Award winner has built a career on deeply personal songs that tell his remarkable story of redemption, recovery, and faith. But now, Habedank is shifting the spotlight away from himself and turning it fully toward worship with the announcement of The Worship Album, arriving July 31 through Gaither Music Group.

Leading the project is the powerful new single, "Agnus Dei/Worthy of It All," a soaring worship medley that is already creating unforgettable moments during Habedank's live performances. According to those who have attended recent concerts, the song has become a standout moment of the evening, with audiences spontaneously rising to their feet in worship.

For Habedank, the project represents something different from anything he has recorded before.

"I've sung a lot of songs about my story, but this project gave me a chance to simply point people back to Jesus," he shared.

The album finds the beloved Gospel vocalist taking on some of the most influential worship songs of the past decade. Rather than simply covering familiar hits, Habedank brings his signature vocal style and testimony-driven delivery to songs already beloved by churches around the world.

Produced by Nick Schwarz and filmed live at The Mulehouse in Columbia, Tennessee, The Worship Album will be released not only as an audio recording but also as a concert DVD and television special. The project features special appearances from Jake Hess III, Autumn Streetman, and Scotty Inman.

Gaither Music executives believe Habedank's ability to connect emotionally with listeners is what makes the project unique.

"Whether he is singing 'I Speak Jesus,' 'Holy Forever,' or 'Firm Foundation,' he brings these songs through the lens of his own testimony," said Paul Sizelove, President of Sun Label Group and Gaither Music. "They are songs many people already know and love, but when Joseph sings them, they feel personal."

The release also marks one of the biggest worship-focused projects of Habedank's career, bringing together modern church anthems made famous by artists such as Brandon Lake, Phil Wickham, Chris Tomlin, Elevation Worship, and Sinach.
