Forrest Frank isn't just selling concert tickets anymore-he's leading what many fans are calling a movement.
The Christian music superstar drew an astonishing 25,000 fans to Nashville's GEODIS Park on his Jesus Generation Tour, transforming the city's largest soccer stadium into what felt less like a concert and more like a two-hour worship revival.
From the moment Frank stepped onstage, it was clear this wasn't an ordinary night. Opening with "The Jesus Generation," the singer immediately challenged the massive crowd with a bold question: "Who's saying, 'Send me, Jesus?'"
The audience-made up of families, youth groups, teenagers and young adults-responded with deafening enthusiasm, singing virtually every lyric back to the artist who has quickly become one of the biggest names in contemporary Christian music.
The Nashville stop marked another stunning milestone in Frank's meteoric rise. Just one year after selling out Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, he upgraded to GEODIS Park, filling the 25,000-seat venue with fans eager to experience his unique blend of pop, hip-hop and worship music.
Joined by special guests Tori Kelly and The Figs, Frank delivered nearly two hours of nonstop music, seamlessly weaving together chart-topping originals like "Your Way's Better," "Good Day," "Amen," "Celebration," "Up!" and the No. 1 Christian hit "Jesus Is Alive!" with beloved worship classics including "Heart of Worship," "Goodness of God," and the hymn "Nothing But the Blood of Jesus."
One of the evening's most emotional moments came when Frank paused to honor his late grandparents, both of whom passed away recently.
Fighting back emotion, he remembered his grandmother as a devoted prayer warrior who regularly laid hands on him and prayed over his life.
"There are a lot of reasons I shouldn't be here today," Frank told the crowd. "Could it be that we are here today because somebody prayed for us?"
The heartfelt tribute led directly into an unreleased song titled "Somebody Prayed," leaving many in the audience visibly moved.
Later in the evening, Frank left the main stage entirely, weaving through thousands of fans to perform from a smaller satellite stage near the back of the stadium. The intimate moment gave fans in the upper levels a front-row experience as he performed "No Longer Bound" and "Thankful."
Another crowd favorite came when Frank opened his laptop onstage and gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at how he creates his songs-a signature moment that has become a highlight of his live shows.
Perhaps the loudest moment of the night came during "Your Way's Better." Before Frank could even finish the opening line, the audience completely took over, singing nearly the entire song a cappella while thousands performed the now-famous viral dance that helped propel the song onto the Billboard Hot 100.
The evening reached another level when the stage lights dimmed and Frank shifted from concert mode into full worship. Kneeling before a towering illuminated cross positioned at the center of the stage, he turned his back to the audience and simply worshipped alongside the crowd as thousands sang together, creating one of the night's most unforgettable moments.
Frank also surprised concertgoers by inviting a fan onstage to perform Caleb Gordon's rap verse during "God Is Good," drawing huge cheers from the audience.
The celebration concluded with an unexpected finale as members of The Figs appeared onstage while Frank suddenly emerged high in the stadium stands surrounded by fans. Together they performed their hit collaboration "Lemonade" before closing the night with the upbeat anthem "Never Get Used to This."
The sold-out Nashville show further confirms what the charts have already suggested. After dominating Christian music with Child of God and Child of God II, earning multiple No. 1 albums and chart-topping singles, Forrest Frank has become one of the defining voices of a new generation of Christian music.
Judging by the thousands of voices singing every word Friday night, his influence is only continuing to grow.
