Arrow Season 3 Release Date and Spoilers: Bane-Inspired New Villain Revealed; Possible Cross Over with Upcoming Series The Flash
Fans are now looking forward to the upcoming Arrow Season 3 release in less than two months as more and more spoilers and juicy details about plot and much - awaited episodes are starting to be revealed.
One major spoiler that has been confirmed was that the antagonist in Batman Begins (2005), Ra's Al Ghul, will be returning as a primary villain in CW's Arrow. As revealed by major details being revealed online especially from the casting call for the show, it would seem, however, that Arrow's Ra's Al Ghul this time would take on a slightly more different look from how the villain was depicted in Batman Begins, as he was then played by actor Liam Neeson. As described in the casting description, it would seem like Ra's Al Ghul will be made to be more threatening in size and would somehow look more along the lines of yet another Batman villain in a Christopher Nolan movie: Bane.
Another exciting thing that fans are looking forward to is the supposed crossover between Arrow and the upcoming new series-another DC comics - inspired-The Flash, which is scheduled to come out on October 7th. When asked by fan in a Q & A session whether or not they would be able to see an Arrow and The Flash crossover, series creator Mark Guggenheim answered quickly, "Oh yes. We absolutely will. Starting with episode 8."
We may not know if he's indeed serious, but there's only one way to find out. Don't forget to catch the Arrow Season 3 release on October 8th!
