Claims that "Avengers: Doomsday" has leaked online in full 4K, three months ahead of its December 18 release, spread rapidly across X and Telegram over the weekend. So far, none of it is confirmed.

Posts from fan accounts claim a "reputable P2P uploader" has a 2160p screener copy of the film, though reportedly without audio. A leaked image purportedly showing Robert Downey Jr.'s Doctor Doom passed AI-detection scans at 0% likelihood of being fake or AI-generated - fueling speculation the material is real. But with the film reportedly still finishing post-production, most trackers believe any footage circulating is, at most, an unfinished workprint. Marvel Studios has not commented.

It wouldn't be the first time a Marvel-adjacent leak caused real trouble. In 2009, a full workprint of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" leaked online a month before release - and the man responsible for uploading it was later sentenced to federal prison.

For fans wanting an authentic look at "Doomsday" without the legal gray area, there's already a confirmed option: "Avengers: Endgame Encore" returns to theaters September 25, featuring official new "Doomsday" footage baked into the re-release - no leaks, no Telegram links required.
