Hulvey has won Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year for COULD BE TONIGHT at the 57th Annual GMA Dove Awards, adding a major honor to a year of professional transition. The victory marks his fourth career Dove Award and recognizes the project he announced would be his final album under his existing Reach Records contract.

The award places Hulvey ahead of a formidable category that included Lecrae's Reconstruction, Jackie Hill Perry's Blameless, gio.'s FINE BY ME, and Miles Minnick's Via Dolorosa. Producers recognized for COULD BE TONIGHT include xander., Micah Palace, Zac Lawson, Michael Howell, and Ace. The ceremony took place October 6 at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, with the official broadcast airing October 9 on TBN.

The win carries particular significance because Hulvey began 2026 by publicly addressing the end of his label agreement. In a January announcement, he explained that his contract was concluding and that he was seeking the Lord's guidance about the next step in his career and ministry. He expressed gratitude for Reach's investment in his music rather than presenting the transition as a dispute.

Hulvey credited the label with believing in the sound he wanted to pursue and helping nurture his artistic direction. His announcement also highlighted the personal relationships formed during that period, including meeting his wife through an artist friend connected to Reach. That history makes the album's recognition a meaningful milestone at the close of an important chapter.

The 20-track COULD BE TONIGHT gives listeners an extensive collection to explore beyond the award announcement. Reach's album listing includes "HE WILL RETURN," "SURVIVAL," "AMERICAN IDOLZ," "INFLUENCER$," "DAVE," "ROOFTOP," and "AUTOMATIC," alongside songs such as "COME ALIVE" and "SPEECHLESS." The project brings its explicitly Christian outlook into conversation with titles addressing influence, ambition, and survival.

Hulvey's next scheduled appearances will take that music to European audiences. His current concert listings show performances at Le Hasard Ludique in Paris on October 14, Melkweg in Amsterdam on October 16, and O2 Academy Islington in London on October 20. A November 6 appearance at the Vines Center in Lynchburg, Virginia, is also listed.

Those dates give the Dove Award victory an immediate next step: bringing the celebrated album to audiences beyond the United States. With a fourth Dove Award secured and European performances approaching, Hulvey enters his next chapter with fresh recognition for the music that helped bring his Reach Records era to its turning point.
