Kylie Cantrall sang the national anthem before Game 2 of the 2026 World Series on Saturday, Oct. 24, as the Milwaukee Brewers hosted the Tampa Bay Rays at American Family Field.
The 21-year-old stars as Red in Disney's Descendants franchise and released the EP Valley Girl Problems this year. She also competed on Season 14 of The Masked Singer. Heavy.com reported it was her first documented anthem at a major sporting event.
She followed Grammy-nominated country singer Mickey Guyton, who sang before Game 1 on Friday, the night the Brewers won their first World Series game in 44 years.
Brewers legends Robin Yount and Bud Selig threw the first pitch in Game 1, and Paul Molitor did so in Game 2.
Guyton has long spoken about the role of faith in her career. She has said she attended church twice a week growing up in Texas and sang in the youth choir. "It was my faith in God that helped me," she told The Christian Post. She also sang the anthem at Super Bowl LVI and at Game 4 of the 2023 World Series.
