The fans, who have been waiting for it, might just have to wait for one more week. But it is better now as they know how much the smartwatch will cost. Motorola's new wearable device is expected to be released on 4^th  September. As per a leak on a product page at BestBuy where the Moto 360 is expected to be on sale, the retail price might be $249.99.

The price of the Moto 360 is almost twice the price of the original Pebble smartwatch which went on sale at the beginning of 2013. The price is also slightly higher than other smart watches already listed by BestBuy. According to Verge, the features of the new smartwatch will include a 1.5-inch backlit LCD touchscreen, a Texas instruments processor, voice-activation, water proof up to 3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes and the ability to access services like Google Hangouts, Calendar and navigation.

The images and renderings released before the release of the smartwatch indicate that the device will have a round face, which is new in the market, and a full-color display. The round face of the watch is incased in stainless steel. According to Motorola, the watch will come in several designs too. A leaked product page which appeared on BestBuy suggests that the Moto 360 smartwatch is designed to work with many Android smartphones which are running at least the Android 4.3 operating system.

Like the many other smart watches, the Moto 360 will work in conjunction with a smartphone. It will cost $90 less than the Motorola's latest smartphone and $80 more than the last Motorola smartphone, the economical Moto G. When announcing the smartwatch back in March, the product management vice president explained that: "Moto 360 keeps you on time and up to date without taking you out of the moment or distracting you, telling you what you need to know before you know you need it through subtle alerts and notifications. With just a twist of the wrist you can see who's emailing you or calling, what time your next meeting is or a friend's latest post."
