The Digital Age: 'Capture' Music Video, Last Day To Submit Fan Videos To Be A Part Of The Upcoming Official Music Video
Today is the last day for fans of The Digital Age to submit their videos to be part of the 'Captured,' official music video.
Back on July 11, TDA released a video asking fans to submit their own videos to the band in order to contribute to an the upcoming music video for the new single. In order to be eligible, the band is asking fans to record themselves singing or playing along with the new single in front of a white wall. Then they are asked to upload it to YouTube with the title, 'Hey TDA, I'm Captured.'
For fans who are not comfortable uploading to YouTube, they are invited to e-mail the band a high resolution version of the video at thedigitalagemusic@gmail.com.
The submissions end on August 1, and the band will be compiling performances from fans around the world in order to include them in their upcoming music video. On July 31, The Digital Age tweeted, "Today is the last day to submit your videos to be in the #Captured music video. Love watching the submissions so far!"
'Captured,' is the first single off of The Digital Age's upcoming Album, 'Evening: Morning,' which is set to release on August 13. The album will be released through Fair Trade Services and will feature 12 new tracks. The album utilizes the symbols of light and dark, morning and evening to invoke a powerful message about Jesus Christ.
The Digital Age is comprised of Jack Parker, Mike Dodson, Mark Waldrop, and Jeremy Bush, formerly of the David Crowder* Band. "While The Digital Age feels like a brand new chapter for us, it's really a continuation of what the David Crowder*Band was all about. The mission remains the same," said Waldrop, guitarist and vocalist for the band, according to Todays Christian Music. "The Digital Age exists to make music that bridges the gap between our mainstream culture and our Christian faith."
The band released their first EP, 'Rehearsals,' in the Summer of 2012 and have continued to grow into this new season as a band since that time.
