Revenge Season 4 Spoilers, News, Trailer, and Updates: New Teaser Trailer Released Online
On the season 3 finale of Revenge, it left with a cliffhanger ending with David Clarke's return. Now, a teaser trailer has been released.
David Clarke was thought to be dead after a plane crash and has his daughter Amanda dedicating her life to avenge her father. His return however will be a big turn for the series, and the direction of where Amanda will go to when she eventually finds out that her father is still alive.
There's been talk on how Emily and Victoria will take the news. It's been reported that Emily will take the new lightly, while Victoria will be shocked on the news of his return. "If Victoria Grayson manages to get to him first, she could convince David to turn on Emily. If Victoria gets to David before Emily does, then she has the upper hand. She has the control and could he be manipulated by her?" Producer Aaron Harberts speaking with E! Online.
Emily and Victoria has a storied past with both of them seeking revenge on one another. Emily had Victoria locked up in a mental institution, while Victoria poisoned Emily's fiancé Aiden.
Breathcast reports that Emily will eventually avenge the death of Aiden. "One of the things we're going to keep alive [in Season 4] is the memory of Aiden, because he was such a huge part of the show. He supported Emily a way that a lot other people weren't able to do because of the experience they shared together," says producer Gretchen Berg.
Another part of season 4 that will be explored will be the storyline of Jack Porter and his developing relationship with a cop. Writer Ted Sullivan reveals that the first 4 episodes of the upcoming season will feature changes for Jack more specifically being focused more on taking control of his life.
Revenge season 4 premieres on September 28 on ABC.
