The long awaited game was finally launched on 26^th of August in North America and 29^th internationally. Clearly the game has received the greatest reception that any game would ever receive especially from North America where American football is hugely popular and many people can identify with it.

The game had an early release in the year but the game cannot be compared to what was released last week. The game came with quite a few problems here and there, mostly bugs the most notable being the simulation stats which were not impressive. However, in the new release the simulation stats for the online games have been fixed and it was also reported that the problems in the simulation stats were caused by a bug in code. This was by the developer Looman in his official twitter handle where he said, "Just confirmed personally that sim stats were fixed for online leagues. This wasn't a tuning issue... it was a bug in code that caused it."

Many believed it might have been an underlying problem in the way the game was developed and suggested that adjustments had to be done, but Looman has cleared that up by pointing out the obvious suspect that nobody would have expected since it was causing the under-performance of the quarter-backs and by extension causing the underperformance of other players in other groups. This would probably have been due to the short time that was given for the development cycle of the game with the development of the Xbox One and PS4 version taking up much of the time.

The game is absolutely amazing, that is a fact without a doubt. However, that does not rule out the fact that the game still has more bugs than usual in its recent release than other games. These fixes have to be looked at and sorted out with utmost urgency. The development period for these games should also be lengthened so as to avoid these very unpleasant bugs that will only cause a drop in the games fans in America and the world at large.
