'Marco Polo' Netflix Release Date: Netflix confirms December 12, 10 episode first season packed with action, drama and love 

'Marco Polo' Netflix release date is now officially confirmed. Netflix recently announced the date for airing the show as December 12. The new thriller will have 10-episodes in this season. The series is directed by Joachim Ronning, Espen Sandberg and Daniel Minahen.

'Marco Polo' is a period drama based on 13th century explorer Marco Polo. The series will Marco Polo's adventurous journey in China under the ruling of Kublai Khai. John Fusco has created the drama starring Italian actor Lorenzo Richelmy as Marco, Benedict Wong as Kublai Khan, Zhu-Zhu as Marco's love interest Kokachin and Joan Chen, Remy Hii, Olivia Cheng, Tom Wu, Chin Han, Uli Latukefu and Claudia Kim.

We all know the great story of Marco Polo. Marco Polo started his journey at the age of seventeen with his father and uncle to Asia in 1271. They traveled for 24 years returned to Venice in 1295 with lots of treasures and riches. They almost traveled about 15,000 miles. The epic adventure will mainly feature Marco's life when he reaches China and faces the political threats from the ruler Kunlai Khan. He demonstrates excellent warfare tactics including martial arts and heartthrobbing battles.

Netflix has also released some stills that apparently show Marco Polo's adventurous act, love and battle.

The show will feature breathtaking battles, sexual intrigue and political plots. The 'Marco Polo' is all set to be aired on December 12 on Netflix.
