X-Men Apocalypse Spoilers and other Latest News: First Mutant Apocalypse to Face the X-Men; Film Director currently faces Sexual Abuse Charges
Fans of the comic book and the movie X-Men will be pleased to know that there will be a sequel for X-Men: Days of Future Past. The sequel will be titled X-Men: Apocalypse which is set to be released by 2016. At present, 20th Century Fox is busy signing actors of the franchise for a long-term plan as there might be more than just one sequel on the brew.
For the X-Men Apocalypse characters, Magneto, who had long been an enemy of the league of super heroes will not be present. Instead, the group will be facing against Apocalypse which the title was derived from. If fans can remember, the character was first shown during the after-credits of the first film. It was during that time that we witnessed him using his powers to lift the Great Pyramid. He is also responsible for the creation of the four horsemen: War, Famine, Pestilence and Death. Hence, we can assume that this villain have been around for a really long time already.
There is no news yet about the X-Men Apocalypse trailer but we do have the latest news about its director. We have heard that Bryan Singer will be directing the sequel as well, but at present he is currently facing sexual abuse charges. It was filed against him by Michael Egan. Even with him fighting it off, this might actually cost him the film.
