We have the latest for you on the release date, review, price, specs and latest news of the Motorola Moto G (Gen 2), 360 And Moto X (Gen 2). Motorola is back and this time round, there are several devices to show off. One of them is the Moto 360 smartwatch which is making a revolution in the smartwatch market with its unique round face. The second generation of the Moto X smartphone and the new Moto G smartphone were also unveiled. Amit Boni, the General Manager of Motorola India said, "The new Moto G, Moto X and Moto 360 will be available only on FlipKart and we are not looking forward to sell them through physical retail store."
The second generation of Moto G comes in two color options, black and white. It features a 5-inch screen with a 720p screen resolution at 294ppi with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone also features an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera which shoots 720p HD videos. The second generation of the Moto G is powered by a 2070 mAh battery and runs on Android KitKat 4.4.4. It houses a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 450 MHz GPU and 1GB RAM. It is a dual sim phone and supports up to 32 GB of external storage via a microSD card.
As for the Moto X+1, it has a 5.2-inch 1080 full HD display at 423ppi and also has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone houses a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 CPU with Adreno 330 579 MHz CPU and 2 GB of RAM. It also has a 13MP rear camera with a 2MP front camera. It supports 1080p videos. The smartphone is powered by a 2300 mAh battery. The device runs on Android KitKat 4.4.4 with NFC and supports 4K UHD video recording.
When it comes to the Moto 360 smartwatch, it looks like one is made of stainless steel and leather wrist band. It is powered by Android Wear OS and the device is compatible with all the smartphones which have Android 4.3 or higher. It features a 1.5-inch round face and has a display resolution of 320*290 pixels at 205 ppi. Like the other Motorola devices, it is protected by Corning Gorilla glass 3. It has a weight of 49 grams and comes with a 320mAh battery. The smartwatch is water resistant and has an internal storage of 4MB and 512 MB RAM. It is based on TI OMAP 3 processor. It comes with a pedometer which counts the number of steps that one takes and also an optical heart rate monitor. Evidently, Motorola is not keen on launching 8GB versions of the smartphones.
