Brittany Murphy Story on Lifetime, and Remembering the Actress Through Her Movies
Brittany Murphy, the late film and stage actress, voice artist and singer who passed away almost five years ago is remembered, as fans can relive her memories through the films she made. Known for films like Don't Say a Word with Michael Douglas, 8 Mile with Eminem, Uptown Girls with Dakota Fanning, Happy Feet, Sin City among others; Murphy can once again be seen doing what she does best.
Her memory definitely lives through the movies; as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime will screen some of the best known films of Murphy, that are all available for streaming online for free. On Netflix, fans can get to see again one of the most loved comedy "Clueless" with Alicia Silverstone, as well as the "The Prophecy II," "Riding in Cars with Boys" with Drew Barrymore, "Uptown Girls," "The Little Black Book," and "Neverwas." While on Hulu, the movies are "Falling Sky" and "Spun." And also "Clueless" and "Uptown Girls" on Amazon Prime.
Meanwhile, Lifetime Network premiered "The Brittany Murphy Story," Saturday September 6 - a biopic about the actress' rise to fame in the 90s, her struggles and her mysterious untimely demise. And while the movie received mixed reactions from fans, with some happy and some thinking that it has only tainted her image. Most people still agree on one thing, she was a gifted actress and that there is no better way to remember and celebrate her life through her movies.
If you're looking to see her in a new film, the last film she made "Something Wicked" will hit theaters this Sept. 12 on Las Vegas and L.A.
