One Direction's New Album 'Four' Release Date: Preview Track 'Fireproof' available for free
One Direction gave their fans one of the biggest surprises by announcing that the release date of their latest album 'Four' would be the 17th of November 2014. And the icing on the cake is that they are also allowing a free preview of their album in the form of the track 'Fireproof', which can be downloaded free from the official website.
The news was met with euphoria and hysteria and it spread like wild-fire on the social media and micro-blogging site Twitter. There were more than a 1.7 million tweets on the subject and on the style of the new preview track. It is incredibly catchy and the beats are lovely.
Their last album was 'Midnight Memories', which was released a year ago and it had seen a tremendous response as well. In all, till date the group has released three albums and this is their fourth outing. All three of them have found chartbuster status on the charts.
The track 'Fireproof' has been written by five lyricists and two of them happen to be the members of 'One Direction' band - Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne.
Music sales executives are all looking forward to the November release to see if the music-selling business can be salvaged and brought out of the red. At the moment, sales are incredibly low for the CD and the digital downloads, as the streaming business has taken over the lead. It remains to be seen if this new album by One Direction can take over the fortunes of the music industry!
