Seventh Son Release Date: Seventh Son New Poster and Trailer Shows to Public, Universal Pictures New Partner of Legendary
"Seventh Son" finally has a new poster and trailer out. Fans have been waiting for these to happen ever since the movie was announced in 2013.
Original release date of "Seventh Son" was set for October 2013, exciting millions of moviegoers. However, it was moved to January 2014. Waiting for a few more months is not a big deal until Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures parted their ways. This made fans question whether the movie will ever happen. Fortunately, replacing Warner Bros. as Legendary's partner, Universal Pictures came along. The movie is therefore given a new release date: February 6, 2015.
Fans were not all too happy that the release date keeps on changing and postponed to another date, fans are now happy that the marketing department seems to have finally come up with the last decision. Now that "Seventh Son" has another release date and Legendary is working with Universal Pictures, fans are excited once again. Fans are going to be even happier now that Universal Pictures and Legendary Pictures released a new poster for the film as well as new exciting trailer for it. The trailer is as good and as exciting as the trailer released before.
"In a time of enchantments when legends and magic collide, the sole remaining warrior of a mystical order (Oscar® winner Jeff Bridges) travels to find a prophesized hero born with incredible powers, the last Seventh Son (Ben Barnes). Torn from his quiet life as a farmhand, the unlikely young hero embarks on a daring adventure with his battle-hardened mentor to vanquish a dark queen (Julianne Moore) and the army of supernatural assassins she has dispatched against their kingdom.
Sergei Bodrov directed Seventh Son from a screenplay by Charles Leavitt and Steve Knight and a screen story by Matt Greenberg, based on the book series "The Last Apprentice" by Joseph Delaney. The film is produced by Basil Iwanyk, Thomas Tull and Lionel Wigram. Jon Jashni, Brent O'Connor and Alysia Cotter are executive producers, with Jillian Share and Erica Lee co-producing. The film will be released in 3D."
