Vikings Season 3 Plot Hints, Cast interviews and Updates; Epic Upcoming Season 3 Better Than Season 2!

Vikings Season 3 release will be premiered summer of 2015. Fans of this Canadian-Irish television series are getting giddy of its return. Vikings is all about Ragnar Lothbrok and his many exciting adventures. Lothbrok has been dubbed as the greatest hero his age will ever know. Lothbrok, in the series, is joined by his Viking brothers and family as he tries to make it to the top as the King of the tribes in his community. He is one fearless warrior and legend even states that he is a descendant of Odin, who we all know as the god of war and warriors.

After the success of the first two seasons, what can fans expect for the upcoming one? Well, earlier this year, at the annual San Diego Comic Con, the cast and crew made an appearance and were interviewed by the press. They did talk a lot about the third season, which made the pubic even more excited about their return.

In the interview, Alexander Ludwig, who plays the character Bjorn, stated that the next season is going to get grittier. He even expressed that probably the reason why a lot of fans are so in love with the show is because of the bravery and rough characteristics of the characters.

Lagertha, who is portrayed by Katheryn Winnick, also spoke during the interview and said how excited she is about the upcoming third season airing next year. She said that if we loved Season 2, we are definitely going to love the upcoming one. Woah! Now, that's certainly one season to watch out for then! Season 3 is absolutely going to be epic.

Michael Hirst, the brilliant creator of the show also revealed that during the next season, the Vikings will be attacking Paris.

There are surprising rumors too about some of the fan-loved characters being killed off the show. Will it be Athelstan? Or the Wanderer? Guess we'll just have to watch to know.
