Windows 9 Release Date: Beta Release Date and Expected Improvement from Windows 8
Windows 8 did not perform well. As a response, Microsoft Windows is currently developing a newer and hopefully better Windows 9. Ever since it has been made known to the public that Microsoft will be releasing Windows 9, excitement can be felt among the media as well as common end-users. This can be expected as there have been many unsatisfied customers with the Windows 8 users.
This phenomenon has happened before with Windows Vista and Windows 7. Vista boasted of excellent graphics but proved to be too heavy. Windows 7 was able to deliver the same graphics for an OS that is way lighter. As of today, people are on the lookout for some significant improvement from Windows 8 so anticipation is high.
To the delight of many, there have been some previews for Windows 9 including a look at the improved start menu. This new start menu is a combination of the classic start menu as well as the live tiles of Windows 8. It is like putting together the best of both older versions and the latest.
It should also be expected that the changes will more likely be in the interface but not so much with the system itself. Therefore, we no longer need to worry about driver incompatibilities, as we have experienced before.
Seeing that the direction Microsoft is taking is ultimately for improvement and better user experience, it is only natural that questions as to when would the release date of this OS be, is circulating in the media and customers alike.
Microsoft is expected to release the beta version of Windows 9 in the 30th of September. Since they originally planned on launching the OS in April to June 2015, this would give them ample time to gather feedback and suggestions from customers as well as enough time to make necessary revisions.
This means that within the month we could get to see how much changes they have introduced into the OS. Finally, we could now get to see if they were successful in addressing the multiple complains regarding Windows 8.
