The 100 Season 2 Spoilers: Ricky Whittle and Lindsey Morgan on the New Upcoming Season
CW's sci-fi drama The 100 is renewed for a season 2, and cast members Ricky Whittle and Lindsey Morgan shared a few details on the upcoming new season, as the series is set for release soon on October 22.
Ricky Whittle, who plays "Lincoln" in the series, recently shared that more characters may be killed in the upcoming season 2 of The 100, "The great thing about The 100 is that they're not scared to kill off lead characters. We've already killed off several of the cast. And it's gonna get worse! They like to keep that fear factor, they like to keep the shock value in there. No one is safe on this show...The writers are so creative. They basically give the audience what they need, not what they want. So just because the audience wants a couple to get together or wants someone to survive or wants someone to die, the writers and the producers aren't going to write that unless it's needed for the storyline to progress or to add something to the show".
He also shared in another interview that in episode 1 of season 2, "You'll see from different people's perspectives...The community has different people. Some people will want war and some people will want peace and some people will just want to tear everything up". He added, "Season 2 will be even darker [than Season 1]".
Lindsey Morgan, who plays the role of "Raven", also shared a few details on the upcoming season. She says that Raven starts to realize her vulnerability; she can't survive on her own; she also needs love, and that Raven starts adjusting herself in order to survive; her friends become her survival.
Catch the first episode of The 100 season 2 on October 22, 2014 at 9PM.
