Microsoft Release OneNote Smart watch App for Google's Android Wear: Voice commands allowed for taking notes
Microsoft is moving towards to develop their wearable devices, which are provided by Google Android Wear Platform. Once again Microsoft's Smart Watch is going to be associated with the app named OneNote. OneNote is a free app and has been released to the Google Play store from 16th September.
This app will allow users to customize notes and open them on the OneNote. So now the watch becomes handy with provisions for keeping notes. OneNote is basically an office application, which rivals against mobile apps Evernote. Evernote software is available for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android operating system. So OneNote will obviously try to snitch the users towards them. The content or articles saved in the OneNote can be transferred to OneDrive cloud storage. Synchronism with other devices to transfer files is also possible by the app.
Microsoft's OneNote combines with Google with its special features, which will take voice commands from the user. User can use voice command saying "OK Google, Take a Note," to start taking notes. This has been a very wise move from Google since typing in small watch is very difficult task and also takes a lot of patience. So the users get a bit of relief with the launching of this user-friendly app. So there is a tiny possibility of the feature to get a bad impression if Google fails to pick up the commands of the user properly. But with the best search engine provider fans can hope for the best possible version of the app.
To run the app user obviously needs an Android Wear SmartWatch and a smartphone, which must have Android version 4.3 Jellybean or higher. So the users of lower version of Android might need to shift to the latest version of Android to use this app.
Along with the new OneNote app Microsoft has also released an updated version for Office lens and for windows phone the company has brought a new app by which user will have the freedom to edit word files with images and also can prepare PowerPoint slides. So smart watch owners will be able to experience these mind blowing apps this year.
