ABC's Revenge, a TV drama which has taken us through a journey as Emily seeks revenge against the Grayson family for wrongs done to her which led to the death of her father. In the last season, Revenge season 3, the series ended in a skeptical mood as the grand finale saw Jack (Nick Wechsler) being arrested as he was suspected to be Charlotte Grayson's (Christa B. Allen) kidnapper. 

In an interview, Nick Wechsler told The Hollywood Reporter that the many questions edged on the minds of fans would be soon answered once the season 4 of Revenge premieres. The season 4 of revenge aired on Sunday night. He also talked on the fates of some of the characters and the storyline expected in this new season of Revenge.

From the trailer of the series season 4, one can note that Jack has taken up a new role. It is noticeable that he was never charged with kidnaping Charlotte Grayson. Jack is now a cop. The question is "why become a cop?" This can be attributed to the fact that in the previous seasons, Jack has undergone many challenges and a lot of injustice has been done to him and also to the people he loves. This sort of rendered him powerless because there was nothing he could do. But now his new position as cop balances out everything and puts him at a better position to fight his enemies.

Now that Jack has taken up being a cop, who will run the bar? Well it seems like he wants to do both but he seems to be more concentrated on being a cop more than running the bar. When jack is at the bar, he portrays a different character as he is soft and he seems a harmless youth. The love connection that exists between Jack and Emily has always been strong and one would think that they were meant to be forever together but they always hit many roadblocks along the way as they always pursue their love at the wrong time. Now that Jack has become a cop, this is now another road block. The new season seems to be one very exciting add to the series.
