There are rumors however, that Sony is set on manufacturing another smartphone, which will be very large in size. Reports from China say that that the Xperia Z3X might be on the way as it was recently spotted in a recent AnTuTu benchmark. Sony is already manufacturing yet another device although the latest releases have not been in the market for long. Reports from TechnoBuffalo say that the Xperia Z3X may be powered by the next generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Processor and the processor was popping up in benchmarks running on prototype devices. The device has not been set for release until next year. The Xperia Z3X is also expected to run the Android 4.4.2 operating system. It could however, be possible that the Xperia Z3X could be running on the upcoming Android L, unless it will be released in the coming few weeks. It is very unlikely that the device will be released this year, and this could be due to the release of the Snapdragon 810 processors which will be released in early 2015.

The Sony Xperia Z3X is expected to have a 6.2-inch screen display with a screen resolution of 16002560p. The phablet is also rumored to have 4GB RAM. Meanwhile, other reports indicate that the Xperia Z3X will be a curved photo sensor that will be able to shoot high quality pictures but at a low price. With all these specs under the hood of the Xperia Z3X, the fans will be impressed with the 6.2-inch Sony Phablet. From the specs, it seems like the upcoming Z3X will be a follow up of the Xperia Z Ultra.

The Xperia Z3X is said to have high-end specs and very new technology. However, these just remain to be rumors as there are no confirmations about the mere existence of the phablet.
