It has a display with a 4.7-inch, 720-pixel, but it was away from the plastic body and common design of the Galaxy S5. It may be a unique competitor for the iPhones and even HTC's One M8. But according to the Yahoo news review, Galaxy Alpha and Galaxy S5 are alike in its features, but seem "in a smaller, more fashionable body." The Galaxy Alpha has officially reached at the market on mid-September, which was before the official launch of the big iPhones from Apple.

Techradar says that the Galaxy Alpha is an "enticingly sleek handset with its eye on the iPhone 6," It is trying to capture the market with its attractive design and a rival to the larger apple iPhones.

"Galaxy Alpha is arguably the most balanced and comfortable-to-use premium phone Samsung has made since the Samsung Galaxy S2. It is priced like a flagship phone, but it's technically out-specced (only) by the Samsung Galaxy S5. "Samsung has created its most desirable and balanced phone yet, though there is a price to pay," TechRadar says, Latinospost reports.

Yahoo reports say that Samsung Galaxy Alpha will get via AT&T at the price of US$199, for a period of two-year contract. Meanwhile TechRadar says that SIM-free mobiles will be available for GBP549.99 (approximately $892.85).
