Written by Matt Byrne and directed by Randy Zisk, the show will have an old friend (to be played by Sonya Walger) of Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) returning to ask for OPA's help after she finds her daughter missing. Meanwhile, First Lady Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young) will become obsessed with a national news story. And elsewhere, David Rosen (Joshua Malina) will go to great lengths to prove he can keep his nomination for Attorney General even after he is accused of domestic violence.
